Sorbete de Cava
Ingredients
1 Botella de cava fría
2 Tarrinas de 1 Kg. de helado de limón
Instructions
Vaciamos la totalidad de las tarrinas de helado en una jarra y vamos añadiendo poco a poco la botella de cava al tiempo que removemos. Una vez que esta bien mezclado todo se sirve preferiblemente en copas altas. La cantidad es para que salga flojito, si lo quieres más fuerte reduce la cantidad de helado.
