Café Irlandés
Ingredients
6 cucharadas de whisky irlandés
1 cucharada de azúcar
1 1/3 tazas de café negro fuerte
6 cucharadas de crema espesa
Instructions
Verter agua caliente en 2 mugs para mantenerlos tibios. En una cacerola, calentar el whisky a fuego bajo. Vaciar los mugs y batir hasta que el azúcar se disuelva. Agregar la mitad del café a cada mug y mezclar bien. Colocar el cuello de una cuchara invertida sobre cada mug. Verter lentamente la mitad de la crema sobre la espalda de cada cuchara para que esta crema gotee hacia la superficie del tope y flote allí. Servir inmediatamente. Da 2 servicios.
