Café Alexander
Ingredients
1/2 litro de café fuerte
2 tazas de leche
Azúcar al gusto
crema chantilly
Una fresa o cereza
Instructions
Prepare medio litro de café fuerte. Déjelo enfriar. Viértalo en gaveras para hacer hielo y ponga a congelar en la refrigeradora. Una vez congelado, tome 4 o 5 cubitos y colóquelos en una batidora eléctrica, agregue dos tazas de leche y azúcar al gusto y bata hasta que el liquido tenga una consistencia cremosa. Sirva de inmediatamente en copas altas, adorne con crema chantilly y una fresa o cereza.
